Directions
Most men begin with a 10 mg dose,
although some may use a smaller dose due to other medical
conditions. Cialis is not to be used more than one time in a
day.
Patient information
Cialis should not be taken more than once daily. The use of this medication does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. Patients are advised that the medication has no effect without sexual stimulation.
Precautions
It is very important that your doctor has your complete medical
history. If you have any of the following condtions consult with
your doctor. Cardiovascular condition, such as high blood pressure, kidney impairment, liver impairment, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, and anatomical deformations of the penis, bleeding disorders, or retinitis pigmentosa.
Drug interactions
Do not take any other drug used to treat
impotence, such as sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra),
alprostadil (Caverject, Muse, Edex) or yohimbine (Yocon, Yodoxin,
others), without first talking to your doctor. Cialis should not
be taken with excessive amounts of alcohol (e.g. 5 or more
drinks). Excessive alcohol may increase the risk of headache,
dizziness, increased heart rate, or low blood pressure when
Cialis is taken.

The most common side effects with Cialis are

Headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and
stuffy or runny nose.
